Attest,a,,13 235tr rERRELL POWERS.Clerk.ORPHAN’.S CO U RT—CL A R K E COUNTY, fJu.iE 7th, 1841. 5TIIIS DAY came Thomas Henrin, Executor of the last will and testament of Hubert Henrin, do-ceased, who was one of the Executors of Nopldet Davis, deceased, late of the aforesaid state and county. ami presented to this court all the paper*, connected with or in tnv wise belonging to the estate of said Nophlet Davis, deceased, which have come into his hands as Executor aforesaid, and desired that such action may be had on the same, a* the law- in such cases provides, and said papers having been examined and audited by lha Judge of our said court and properly stated: It is ordered by the court now here, that said pupets Is- set fi«r allowance and final settlement on the first Monday in August next, at the court house in Clarke county and tlmt uoticc of the above proceedings be published for foiI\ days in the Mobile Commercial Register and Patriot, when and where all persons interested may attend if they wish.A copy from the minutes.
