Lifeguard Saves 3 From DrowningA Ventura lifeguard rescued a Los Angeles woman and two children Sunday afternoon when they were caught in a strong riptide off La Jolla Beach south of Mugu RockState Beach lifeguard Sally Karrasch, 23, was credited with saving the lives of Margaret Palesano. about 40. of Los Angeles, and her daughter.
