Works by artist Robert Sakson and sculptor Fr Richard Gerster will be on display for theatre goers at the Langhorne Players Barn during the run of the cur rent play “The Loud Red Pa trick.” Sakson is a landscape artist who won first prize at Radcliffe Gallery in Bristol dur ing the 1965 regional show. In cuded in his other accomplish ments is a series of Christmas cards for the Multiple Sclerosis Society. Gerster is a graduate of the Tyler School of Fine Arts, Phila delphia. He has several first prizes in the area in sculpture including the Yardley Art Asso ciation in 1967. He has work on exhibition at the Golden Door Galleries and Parry Barn in New Hope. The exhibit will be in the Horse Stall Gallery at the Lang horne Players Barn tonight and on Aug. 8, 10, 11 and 12. COMPLETES BASIC —Sea man Recruit Daniel E. Heffernan of 2853 Me chanicsville Road, Cornwells Heights, was graduated re cently from nine weeks of bas ic training at the Naval Train ing Center, Great Lakes , Ill. His training was highlighted by participation in a “Salute to the Flag” ceremony held at Soldier Field in Chicago, where more than 10,000 Navy man formed a human “living flag” in honor of those who served in the Armed Forces.
