Dr. Harold Eidinoff has filed a supplementary brief with the Eighth Court of Civil Appeals. He alleged Judge Davide E. Mulcahy erred in failing to disqualify him self in a suit brought by Dr. Eidi noff against John Farr Hawley, Leo Jaffe and Theodore Andress. He asks the case be reversed and remanded for trial before another judge. Dr. Eidinoff alleges in his sup plementary petition that Judge Mulcahy should have disqualified himself because he was already acquainted with some of the facts as brought out in a previous trial.
