Handcuffed and chuined to his bicycle, Tony Pizzo, a member of the crew of the U. S. S. Zuln, rode into Denver on his way from New York to Los Angeles and return. Pizzo has been relieved from active duty In the navy temporarily, that he may make the transcontinental round trip, which he has pledged himself to accomplish without once being unchained from his bicycle.
