Died at Dixmont.The commissioners this morning received n telegram from Dr. Henry Hutchinson of the Dixmont asylum, stating that James Blackburn died last night at thr.t institution. Blackburn was sent from this county to Dixmont a number of years ago and has relatives in Franklin township.
