Patrick and James Iloare, brothers and farmers, were charged with stealing 1,500 sheep the property of Messrs. Levine JudelL It appears that a bill of sale, executed by Iloare Brothers, covered the sheep, and that one of the prosecutors took possession of the sheep in July, but the defendants rescued them, and bence the action.
