No one was injured Saturday morning when a car driven byMrs. Frances Ely, 70, 125 N. Street Ave., PrinceviUe crashed through a plate glass window at the Illinois Migrant Council offices on Main Street.Mrs. Ely was parked at the curb, waiting for her husband, when the car began to roll forward slightly. Thinking herfoot was on the brake, Mrs. Ely stepped down, according to state police reports.Her foot was on the accelerator, and the car shot forward, bounced over the curb and onto the l‘/i-foot high brick front of the building.Mrs. Ely was not injured, and there was no one in the Migrant Council office.
