Mr. and Mrs. Port Little were hosts at a lawn social at their home Monday evening g when Mr. and Mrs. Norman Summers of Austin were honored guests. Mrs. Summers is Department of Texas, Junior Vice President of the VFW Auxiliary. Included in 20 guests attending were Mrs. Sophia Mets of Taft, Mr. and Mrs. Roy Baffern of Cor pus Christi, Miss Katherine Auer, Mig Mary Cayne, Mrs. Howard, and Mrs. Bessie. Beard, past dis trict presidents, Captain and Mrs. C. M. Peltier assisted the hosts in entertaining the guests.
