Monday afternoon by Robert Crawford, superintendent of the prison flux plant. Prison authorities were notified and guards were sent out to return Davis to the prison. Davis was found In the home of friends whom he is said to have been entertaining with music on his violin which he had brought along with him from the prison. Davis had Ignored the bounds of his liberty fixed by the prison rules and hl» trusty rights were forfeited by Warden Compton last night Davis was sent up from Polk county In 1013.i
