He was born March u, 5885 in Quenmo and married Ethel Young on June 20, 1906 in La Crosse. She preceded him in death on July 27, 1974 He retired after 40 years of service at Humburg's Hardware in La Crosse.He was a member of the Christian Church, Masonic Lodge.Survivors are one son, Robert Meneley. Russell; two daughters. Isabella Sidlow. Mission, Mary Jane Haas, Wichita; one brother, Homer Meneley, Tucson, Anz.; one sister, Marjorie Blossom. Phoenix.
