Names Confuse. In Divorce Case; Remorse Follows (By The United Press) FORT WORTH, Aug. 1—One of life's tragedies was revealed in district court here with the unfolding of the story of two women with the same maiden names, who married men of the same surname. The two women were named Estelle Evington Dean. On the morning of Tuesday, July 23, Estelle Evington Dean was granted a divorce in 96th district court from W. E. Dean. Four hours later the body of A. E. Dean, husband of the first Estelle Evington Dean, was found in his home, from self inflicted wounds. Dean's widow, his father, L. W. Dean, and other relatives called on Judge Lattimore Wed nesday afternoon to learn whether a divorce suit had been filed by the dead man's wife. The judge promptly told them that the Estelle Evington Dean before him Wednesday was not the one to whom a divorce had been granted a week before. According to the story of the dead man’s father, his son had learned of the divorce suit and presumed that it was his wife bringing suit.
