T. M. Davis, who has been living at Areola, 111.* for several months past, writes that his wife and son had started this way on the 22nd lilt, to visit friends at Norway and in this vicinity, but at Danville the horse took fright at a train of cars, upset the buggy and broke his wife’s arm. She was picked up for j dead and taken to the hospital in | Danville, where she received treatment and was afterwards taken back to Areola.
