iiTg rapid progress.Patriarch Lemuel Mallory oftlio Fifth Ward died at his residence on Friday last, and was buried on Sunday afternoon.I Brother Mallory lived a long and || useful life, dying at the ripe age of ninety three years. A brief sketch of his life and labors will appear in The Journal, EldersJohn Jacobsen, J. C, Dowdle, Orson and Isaac Smith and William I Hyde addressed the congregation! and bore witness to the good character and worth of the deceased. Brother Mallory was confined to his bed for the greater part of four vears wrevious to Ilia death.
