Two charged him with a brsaeh of the pence on Sun* day evening by loud notate, carousing an I riotous conduct generally. Fran Hlnhop filed an information against him alleging assault and battery. In all three easts Doran w« found guilty and fined $6 and coats In each case, amounting to $30,76. fit preferred liquidating the fine 1 by tying in jail, and aecordingiy was ! committed. He was also charged with resisting an ottteer, but was acquitted of this charge* Another information filed against him wae withdrawn.Doran amuses himself traveling trom place to place, was welldreaeed and wore the air of one who sports pretty extensively.
