Trustees Safe.BY Virtue of the power vested in me, Thomas Henderson, by the Deed of Trust of Stephen i). Elliott, to myself and William J. Minor, who is absent, and has also resigned his Trust under said Deed, which Deed bears date the 1st December, 184?, and is recorded 011 pages *260, '261 and ‘26*2, of Book W., of the Records of Deeds in the Clerk’s Office of the Probate Court of Claiborne comity, State of Mississippi; and upon the written request ol Wil-Ham Robertson.
