Frank of Encino (reservations chairman) and a few others.And no wonder the food was the main attraction. Mine. Wu provided a GO-pound garnished roast pig. There were two long buffet tables laden with such delicacies as shredded chicken salad, sweet and sour pork, spare ribs, almond chicken, Yangchow rice and platters of fresh fruit.short hops.It was a breeze for those who free waved to Laguna Beach for the M. Keith Gaedes summer cocktail party honoring members of the City of Hope Diamond Horse Shoe.More than. 110 members, all sponsors of the Forum International Horse Show Oct. 9-13, made the trip from as far away as the Valley.
