Griffin District Conference, A. M. E.Church.The thirty - seventh session of the Griffin district conference and Sunday-school convention will be held with Mt. Zion A. M. E. church, this city, beginning on Wednesday next and closing Saturday. The order of business ana preaching dates will be as follows: .WEDNESDAY, d 9 to 12 a. m.— Organization and business. Preaching by Rev. M. Drake, jr. 3 to 5 p. m.-—Business continued.8 p. m.—Annual sermon by Rev* T. H. King.THURSDAY.9 a. m.—-Devotional service, led by A. B. Touchstone. Reading of minutes. Reports continued.12 o'clock—Preaching by Rev. S. M. MeadoWs.3 to 6 p. m.—Winding up business of district conference.8 p. m.—Missionary sermon by Rev. Wm. Upshaw.FRIDAY.Organization of Sunday-school convention. Reports from delegates. ,12 o’clock—Preaching by Rev. J. B. Atwater.3 to 5 p. m.—Time given over to female members of congregation.8 p. m.—Educational sermon by Rev. D. K. Fobbs.SATURDAY.9 a. m.—Devotional service, led by Rev. L. W. Ogletree, jr. Winding up business of convention.12 o’clock—Preaching by Rev. R. R. Robinson.Rev. J. S. Flipper, D. D., LL. D., Rev. W. A.
