They went flushed with victory of two previous bat ties and confidently expected to come home that evening still the unchallenged road kings of Sequoyah county and on the square we did make a great fight, but just look what we run into;At the iron stake down this side of Hanson we found Ben Garvin backed by about thirty teams, a good supply of equipment and he was supported by F. A. Mauldin, Luke Randolph, J. R. Amos, W. T. Smith, L. Gilbert, W. H. Burrow, J. B. Dyer, Bat Randolph, Tom Lesley, V, H Wofford, Frank Faulkner, Jim McKeifer, Alf.
