L. Schmitchger, the successful fruit grower and poultry fancier of Boise, was seen just for a moment as the forms for this issue were closing, but long enough to glean from him that the birds had made good this year and that his prune crop promises to be the best he has ever had. He has 800 trees and the prospect, he says, is simply great.
