Tuesday. October 8, has been fixed as the date on which the honored survivors of the historic old Eighty-eighth regiment) Indiana volunteers, will hold their annual reunion. The day will be the thirty-ninth anniversary of the battle of Perry ville, Ky., in which this regiment took a prominent part. Lieutenant Isiah King, Joseph Kickley and George W. Brown, form the committee on entertainment: Colonel C. B. Oakley, Lieutenant King and George W. Sites form the hall committee, and Captain Alien Dougal is the committee on transportation.—Ft.
