From Washington, Wasatncto., Jaty dl—Judge Dunlop, Unset Judge of the Circuit Court, has decided, on an ap eal from the Patent Office, that Messrs. Akioa ‘elthousen were the first inventors of the wheeal fool in gewing machines, and ordered a reissue of their patent to James G. Wilson, their assignee. This relsaue was opposed by I. M. Singer Co, who claimed to have made the invention in 1850; while the fudge decided that Akins Felthousen made It in the early part of 1619. It is said that all the wheel and four-motion feeders (boss of George B. Siost excepted) in frings the reigned patent. A number of gentlemen from different parts of the country, connected with the profession of den tistry, are holding a Convention in this ol'y. Senaator Douglas at Concord, N. HH, Corcony, N.
