McAoiaf Baker, David Baker, Jacob Baker, jr., and Jacob Bakir, sr.YOU will please take notice, that on the 17th day of August, 1855. at the office of Mr. Isaac Wolverton, in the town of Oakland, in Alleghany county, Maryland, I shall proceed to lake the depositions of Thomas R. King, Joseph Dewitt, Richard Kight, John L. Browning, Archibald Chisholm and others, to bo read as evidence on the trial of an attachment sued out by me against the said Jacob Baker, sr., in an action of debt, in which I am plaintiff and you are defendants, which said action of debt and attachment is now pending in the Circuit Court of Taylor county ; And if from any cause the taking of said depositions shall not be commeu ced ou that day, or being commenced shall not be completed, the taking of the same will be continued from time to time tilL completed.HIRA*M J.
