TVTOTICE IS HEBEBY given to theJLH unknown heirs of Finney Kelsey, late deceased, of Hartford county, Connecticut, Mint an the 13rd day of June, A- D.’ 1648, the undersigned filed his petition in the Court of Common Flens of Lo-ni :: cuii'itv, Ohio, setting-for to that snid Pinncy KeLcy, on the 17th day of October, A. D- 1845, entered into n certain agreement with one Amos Dewey by which lieagreed to sell and convey unto the said Dewey the following described premises, for the sum of three hundred end thirty dollars, to wit: Thirty-thixsc acres of land situate in Henrietta township, Lorain county, Ohio, bounded as follow*, beginning in the eust line of lot number ore- hundred and two {102) in said township,nineteen chiiius and twenty-five links southerly from the north cast corner, and reaching south m said line sixteen (10) chains and four links to a stake; thence westerly parallel to the north line of said lot thirty-one chains and twenty-five links ; thcncc northerly parallel to the east line eight chains and two links* tlienec easterly parallel to the north line twenty-one chains and forty-nine and a half links; thence northerly parallel to the east line eight clinins and two links j thcncc easterly parallel to the north line of the Lot nine chains and seventy-five and a half links, to the place of beginning. That on the day of April, 18*18, the said Dewey assigned all Iiis right, title, and interest in said land to Samuel A. Wellmon ; that there is now due on said agreement the sum of seventy-nine dollars and a large amount of interest. Said petition further sets forth, that the heirs of said Kelsey arc unknown, and prays that notice of the ponding of said petition be published, and that at the next term of said Court a deed may be ordered of snicl premises to tire said Wcllmrm, and that the balance of said purchase money be secured to the heirs of said Kelsey,GEOItGE WELLS, Adtrfr of the estate of Finney Kelccy.Hamms- Lockwood, Sol’s. u38
