Trinidad, B. H., Apr. 25.—Ac cording to a recent report filed, by Robert M. Hallett, staff writer, on Latin American affairs for the Christian Science Monitor, There is no longer any doubt about a West Indies Federation now that the final major stumb ling block—inter-island migration —has been solved. Grantley Herbert Adams, Prime Minister of Barbados and one of the original sponsors of the fed eration idea, gave this as his con viction in an interview during his visit to Boston. Mr. Adams, accompanied by Dr. H. G. Cummins, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Health and Social Services, is on a United States tour to report federation Progress to persons of West Indian extraction.
