Charged, with drunkenness, dis turbing peace, fighting and using profanity, Lee Wilhelm was fined $10 and costs on each charge, in Mayor Rex Worthington’s court Monday afternoon. Wilhelm was arrested Sunday by Chief of Police Sam Mankins at the Arnold home on the Bereman Road. The total fine was $48.50. A motion for an appeal was diled by’ his’ attorney, Jeff Fowler. In default’ of ‘appeal bond . of $500 he was returned to the city jail,,
