Oak Park Golf Club.The management is actively at work improving the course south of Madison street, especially the putting greens, and mom hors wlw» already slavedare much pleased with conditions so early in the season.'I'lle dues remain the same as heretofore, IKK) for gentlemen and. $5 for ladies, with §5 initiation fee for the for mer.The tennis grounds of the club on Kenilworth av«mue, south of Itandolph street, are being put in excellent condition, and the directors have decided, in order to stimulate more of an interest in tennis, to make annual dues (for tennis privileges only) $7.50 for gentlemen and $2.50 for ladies, with no initiation fee.Already some fifteen or twenty of the best tennis players in Cak l’ark and Austin have availed themselves of this opportunity, and an active interest is assured.Applications should be sent to Mr. L.
