Johnson told the commission would bring no new taxes. He -pointed out that the city already has $50,000 in park bonds earmarked for that purpose. An additional $50,000 in city bonds for laying of water lines could be used for the sprinkler system and other mains. The sale of city property is expected to net some $100,000.
