The condition of Earl §. Keller, 45, Jonestown RD 2, who was se verely injured in a car-truck acci dent April 14, was reported as poor this morning by attendants at the Reading Hospital. Keller was transferred to the Reading Hospital on Saturday from the Good Samaritan Hospi tntal. The tractor - trailer truck that struck the Keller car was driven by Harold BE, Valentine, 23, Rehr ersburg, Valentine has been charged with involuntary man slaughter. He is free under $1,600 bail and is scheduled to appear in arraignment court May 3.
