GEORGIA, Fulton Cotntt.To the Honorable the Superior Court of said County:THE petition of Jobs Flynn, D. C. O'Keefe. T. Burke, M. Mahony, and Robert Young, respectfully showeth that they, together with such persons who now are or may hereafter be associated with them as members of the association called “The Hibernian Benevolent Society of Atlanta, desire to be incorporated and declared to be a body corporate under the name and style of “The Hibernian Benevolent Society of Atlanta,” with their place of business at Atlanta, Fulton county,” State of Georgia, lor the purpose of nursing and taking care of the sick who may oe members of said association, and attending to the burial of the members thereof, and performing other acts of charity, and to have and use all other powers usually granted private corporations for the purposes aforesaid. Your petitioners therefore pray that an order may be granted at the next term of the Superior Court to be held in and for said county on the first Monday in April next, declaring said application grantedand that your petitioners aud|their successors incorporated for the term of twenty years, with the privilege ofrenewal at the expiration of said time, and your petitioners will ever pray, Ac. _ _____JOHN H.
