A program of jazzLion ThomasInnovations performed by composer and singer Leon Thomas is scheduled at 7:30 p.m. on May 3.Robert Hightower, a member of the Afro-American Theater Guild, will speak at 8 p.m. on Thursday, May 4. His discussion will be followed by poetry readings and n scries of one act skits done by Black students from the college. The skits will be centered upon the theme of Young, Gifted, and Black . Poet author Don L. Lee will present a program at H p.m. on May 5.The festival will conclude on Saturday night (May 6) with a cabaret show and dance performed by the recording group.
