NANNY AND A BUM—What's going on here? might be the question the nanny goat sticking her head through the door in upper left is asking as Henry Dykstra provides a supplemental feeding for this bum lamb. Bums are lambs taken away from their mothers for various reasons. The mother goat lost her kid through an accident and Mr. Dykstra gave her two bum lambs to raise in place of her lost youngster.
