SEAL HEACH, April 24.~—Med ale were awarded to sons of two members at an open meeting of Anaheim Hay Legion post held at the Civile auditorium Monday night. The two boys, Stuart Law head, a son of D. D. Lawhead, and Ralph Drent, son of Herman Drant, were instrumental in rescuing Hil ly Taylor at the time that Jackie Ward was killed when a tunnel faved in, trapping both Jackie and Milly. The medals were presented by Arthur T. Perks, a member of the Canadian Medical corps. Music was furnished by the old time dance group of the WPA both before the presentation of the med ia and later for dagging. Ray Moffitt introduced J. Burton, of Compton, and Mr. Thompkins, who showed several reels of films taken on a hunting trip to Alaska. Mem bers of the Legion auxiliary serv ed refreshments to those present.
