Stanley, daughter of Samuel and Jane Stanley, was born in Fayette county Indiana, July, 9.1SS0;She was united in marriage to Har vey s. Davis, April S, 190S, whose care of her and devotion to her was untiring.She leaves a husband four brothers and a father to mourn their loss. She was a sufferer of that dread dis ease tuberculosis, but bore ber suffering with patience and has left bright evidence that she entered thegates eternal. ' Her mother preceded her in death about nine years.Sadie talked calmly of her hope In her savior and left many words of comfort for loved ones and quietly fell asleep April 24. 1909.“Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord.”
