Mr. and Mrs. Frank Schweers at-1 tended the testimonial banquet given at the Pfiater hotel in Milwaukee Tuesday evening in honor of Mrs. Schweers' sister, Mrs. Meta Berger. Eight speakers of different educational associations were presented, and one of the school orchestra’s furnished music. Duets, solos and quartets also helped in the evening’s entertainment. There were about 1,000 persons present at the banquet. Mr. and Mrs. Schweers returned to this city Wednesday afternoon.
