Bud Landrum, a negro, was arrested here Monday and taken to Muskogee on the charge of horse stealing. The horse stolen from D. C, Baker some time ago was found in possession of a man living at Hitchity on the M. 0. G. road, and Baker succeeded in getting the animal back. The horse it is stated was sold to the | man by Bud Landrum, and his j arrest followed Monday when the fellow came here with a deupty sheriff and identified Landurrrfas the negro who sold him the horse. The trial will come up in Muskogee Monday.
