—Wm. D. Schnepp passed away last Sunday evening after an illness of a few months, at the age of 56 years. He was born in this county| and lived here all his life. He servedrI very creditably one term as trustee ! of Deer Creek township. He enlist-Ifed in the 40th Indiana and served'twas united 111 marriage with. Christina (3-rant, who, with four children, mourn his departure. When a young man Mr. Schnepp joined the Baptist church and was a practical and consistent Christian. Rev. W. T. Van Cleave conducted the funeral services Tuesday morning at 10:30 o’clock, and a large number of friends were in attendance. Interment took place in the Masonic.■cemetery.
