Sfteriff’s Sale.BY virtue of an eeetstioft issued otit of the Supreme Court of the State' df-Ne\v York, and to me directed and delivered against the personal and-real property of Frederick Hollister, I have levied on, seized and taken, all the right, title, interest and claim which tfie said Hollister had on the 15th day of March, A. U*. 1852, or which he may since have acquired, ©f, in and to the parts and portions of the' described lands and premises,situate and’ in the county of Herkimer, and said lands * and premises being certain townships* tracts, pieces and parcels of land sftnafe* lying and* being in Brown’s tract, so called, in the counties of Lewis, Herkimer and Hamilton, which said townships a*e designated on a map and survey made by Nathaniel Smith in the year of our Lord 1796, as Township No. one, containing 22,689 aeres-, Township No. two, containing 25,480 acres. Township No\ three containing 25,536 acres, Township No. fbut^ containing 26,023 acres, Township No. five, containing 26,607 acres, Township No. seven, containing 23,180 acres; and Township No. eight, containing 33,060 acres, being the same Townships which were con-, veyed by John Brown Francis and Elizabeth, his wife, to Lyman R. Lyon, of Lewis county, fey deed bearing date the twentieth day of March, A. D., 1850, and recorded in the Clerk’s Office of said Lewis county, on the 26th day of March, A. D*, 1850, in Book No. 6 of Heeds, page 171, £rc„ and by John *B. Herris-hoff to said Lyon by aeed bearing date the 4th day of April, A. 3., 1850. and recorded in the same Lewis county Clerk’s Office, on the 18th day of April, A. D., 1850, in Book No. 6 of Heeds, on page 198, to which said deeds or the record thereof reference is made for a more full description of said premises—all of Which land, real estate and premises lying and i^eig within the county of Herkimer, together with the hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or appertaining^ I shall expose for sale as the law directs to the highest bidder, at the public house now kept by Eli Taylor, in the village of Herkimer, in the sounty of Herkimer, on the 4th day of May, A, B,r1853,rat ll o’clock, A.
