Clarence Mobley and was in her Tork seat. She is survived by the following children: Edward s. and George L. Mobley, of Frederi Frank H., of Chivate, Wh AL Clrcle Mobley, and Mr. YT. Services at Mr W Oliver Cemetery chapel, Frederik Vivian Polk Lowe, Vivien Polk Lowe, formerly of Frederick, died Tuesday at his home, Brooklyn, New York. He was the second son of Governor Enoch Louis and Mrs. Esther Polk Lowe, deceas ed. The body was brought here this morning and interred in St. John's cemetery. Rev. Fr. Quinn officiated.
