three Legislator*, and that a copy of this resolution be sent to the Presi* dent or Clerk of the Board of Super-visors* in every County in the State.Motion carried.Supervisor O'Connor submitted the following report.Waukegan, 111.,March 5th, 1923 TO THE HONORABLE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF LAKE COUNTY, ILLINOIS:YOUR COMMITTEE on Settlement with Circuit Ctprk would respectfully report that we have examined the Report and Accounts of l*wia O. Brockway, Circuit Clerk and Recorder for the half ye* ending December 3, 1922. and find the same correct.We find that during the half year there have been 6131 documents re--corded; that the earnings of srtd Circuit Clerk during the said half year amount to the sum of Thirteen Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy-four and 86/100 Dollars; that the receipts of the office for the said half year 'amount to Thirteen Thousand Seven Hundred Twelve and 50/100 Dollars; that the total expeuses for the a*Jd half year amount to Ten Thousand. Eight hundred Seventy-one and 01/100 Dollars; that the earnings in excess of expenses are Three Thousand Three and 84/100 Dollars; that the rdeetpta in excess of expenses amount to Two Thousand Bight Hundred Forty-one and 49/100 Dollars; which said sum baa been paid to the Conaty Treasurer and his receipt therefor filed with this report.We would therefore recommend that the Report of said Circuit Clerk and Recorder be approved.All of which is respectfully submitted.JAME8 O'CONNOR GEORGE H.
