Funeral Rites Held Wednesday For Alfred E. LaxstromAlfred Edward Laxstrom, 69, Verona Location, died at 10 a. m. Sunday according to Coroner Michael Gedda, death was due to a self-inflicted gunshot wound.The deceased was born March 27, 1899 at Verona Location and had lived there ever since. He attended Wakefield schools and was employed as a woodsman and sawyer. He served in the U. S. Army in World War I and was a member of tfie Fredrickson-Torreano Legion Post of Ramsay.He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Ina Saari of Eckville, Alberta, Canada, and Mrs. Ida Kanto of Verona Location and several nieces and nephews.Funeral services were held at the Lakeside Memorial Chapel at 2 p. m. Wednesday with the Rev. Wayne Kuusisto officiating. Burial was at Lakeside Cem?\ ;
