GUEST EDITORIALByDEANSGANThose of us who have been at the University in its first building year appreciate the uncertainty which must accompany establishing norms and organizations where none have been. Indeed, ''interim” and ”provisional” have been numbers one and two of our most used‘Words since September. We have come a long way in the past 8 months and although there are miles to go, the foundation we have laid and the enthusiasm we have exhibited indicate that• i'we will establish an outstanding university in the Boston area.
