Among thj taken up today were:Dr. Dexter P. Reynolds vs.System Company, on appeal fr ihe magistrate’s decision, the apj peal being dismissed. Reynolds was represented by Attorney William N-T: Andrews, while the System Co. wairepresented by Geo. II. Dawson, J-rf.The case of the County Commissioners vs. Geo. T. Riggins, on an appeal from the magistrate’s deci-*«siou, was decided in favor of the.'i i.County. This case was one in whicliRiggins’ horse had been scared by fsome boards on the county road. He jj sued in the lower court and was,given a verdict for $75. The coun-Jtv appealed from the decision, the judgment being reversed with costs •for appellant above and below.The case of William W. Meekins, 'colored, vs. W. F. Applegarth, was settled out of court. $In the case of Thos. L. M. Payne t vs. Ambly M. Colbourne, the verdict ; of the lower court was reversed. \ Attorneys Wm. X.
