BITTEN IN TUB FACE! Blf A DOGEd ward Scotts and wife made affidavit before J ustice Spencer to day that their seven year old son had been bitten in the face by a bull dog owned by George JohnsoD, the colored hackman. The boy appearedin the justice’s office and his face fully confirmed the statement made by his parents. The dog’s teeth had lacerated the fleah in many places. Justice Spencer promptly issued an order that the dog be killed.Constable Miller served the order on Johnson this morning but thelatter declines to comply therewith.
