The planting done ineach county should ail he reported tothe Secretary of the County Agricultural ^Society, to enable that Society to compete for the couuty premium. T he Secretary of the County Society should,.when the individual reports J a*e all in, then report to the Secretary of tiie State Board of Agriculture. Those competing for the individual premium should report direct to the Secretary of the State Board, in addition to the report to the County Secretary.The premiums will be awarded atthe State ' air Ln September next.The Regulations of the Board require “all statements to be under oath, certified to by three disinterested par-I ties.”Cutting* wUl not be recognized as '‘trees planted.”The address of the Secretary of the Stato Board is D.
