Sweet-Orr Co., Inc. of Anniston has been awarded a large government contract which will enable it to add about 25 persons to its work force, plant manager Abe Cooperman said this morning Cooperman said the contract, calls for manufacturing in excess of 400,000 utility shirts. He said production is expected to start in about two weeks and continue until the end of the year. The contract will provide full employment for up to 200 persons, Cooperman said. The company started with 55 employes four years ago and has grown to 175, he said he said he is now looking for additional employes.
