PLANNING POLICE SCHOOL Police Chief Bill Ogle, left, and City Executive L. E. The two-week train ing course in law enforcement will be conducted by key men of the State department from Austin for members of the Garland Police Department, beginning May 7 at Nicholson Memorial Hall.
