Special to The Gazette Republican, WALKER, April 23.—Mr. and Mrs. Stockwell Liddle will celebrate their fiftieth wedding anniversary at their home here Tuesday. Relatives and friends from out of town will be guests at a dinner at noon. A re ception will be held from 3 to 6 in the afternoon in the Masonic and Eastern Star hall and from 7 to 9 in the evening at their home. Mr. Liddle has been affiliated with the Masonic lodge for sixty-five years. Forty-three of their fifty years of married life have been spent in Walker where Mr. Liddle was en gaged in the dry goods business on three years ago when he retired. Mr. and Mrs. Liddle ‘have always been active workers in the church and civic affairs of the community.
