(Omitted Last Week) ‘The Ladies’ Helping Hand society held its regular meeting on Wednes day, April 12, at the home of Mrs. Esther Knox. We are to have a traveling library again this coming year—so it has been voted by the society. Mrs. Es ther Knox is librarian, for the con venience of the north end of the community, and Mrs. Blanche Coffin for the south end.A complete list of the books will be given at an early date. + Miss Tressie Randal of Lake Satin was a visitor at her uncle and aunt's ‘Mr. and Mrs. George Hedglin, Sat urday, April 15. Archie Green, who is working for the Crookston Lumber company in Bemidji, came up, and moved his family to Bemidji. Edmond Foster is setting out a couple of thousand strawberry plants on the farm here this spring. S. E. Randall brought home a Fordson tractor from Bemidji Miss Emma_ La Ketten I Easter party for the pupils, in the primary room a week ago Thursday. All the children had a very enjoyable] time. ‘The intermediate and high school |rooms also had_an Easter, treat giv en by Mrs. Dickenson. Arthur Skipton,who has been working at the Cedar }«a) 4 turned home and willer throuse the farming on A.M. Ripple ‘has mo ily’ from the Grandma tage to the R. R.
