Yesterday Allen Dougal placed one of Uncle Sam’s revenue stamps on a pack age. Shortly after Cook, the grain buyer, took a seat on the package; when he arose he took the stamp along, but was not aware of it until his wife made the discovery at noon The loss of the article for some time occas'oned much perplexity in the minds of Mr. Dougal and the owner of the package.
